摘 要:针对某高速铁路宽轨距和客货共运的货车选型问题,基于车辆-轨道耦合动力学理论,运用TTISIM仿真软件,计算分析了不同工况下高速动车、三大件式转向架货车和构架式转向架货车与轨道的动态响应,并重点对比了2种货车作用下的轮轨力和钢轨振动位移,为货车选型提供了理论依据。研究结果表明:三大件式货车作用下的轮轨安全性指标明显高于构架式转向架货车,且轮轨垂向力存在超标情况;与三大件式转向架货车相比,构架式转向架货车对轨道的动力作用明显减小,更符合客货共运线路的要求。To select the freight vehicle for high speed railways with wide gauge and passenger and freight traffic,the dynamic responses of the vehicle/track systems are investigated for the high speed vehicle,the freight vehicle with the three-piece bogie and the freight vehicle with the frame bogie.The wheel/rail forces and the displacements of the rail are focused on for the freight vehicles with thethree-piece bogie and the frame bogie. The TTISIM simulation software is adopted,based on the theory of vehicle-track coupled dynamics. The result shows that the safety index of wheel/rail of the three-piece vehicle is obviously higher than that of the freight vehicle with the frame bogie,and the maximum of the vertical force has exceeded the limit. Furthermore,frame-bogie vehicle has less influence on the track compared with the three-piece bogie vehicle. Consequently,it is rational to choose the frame-bogie vehicle for railways with passenger and freight traffic.
