摘　　要：肿瘤细胞能量代谢依赖于糖酵解和氧化磷酸化,肿瘤细胞由于其生长迅速,常常出现葡萄糖等营养物质摄取增多、糖酵解增加等现象。近年来,针对肿瘤细胞能量代谢的研究受到了广泛的关注。该文总结了肿瘤细胞能量代谢过程中所需要的营养物质、调控网络以及治疗靶点,为后续研究和临床治疗提供重要参考。Tumor cell energy metabolism is dependent on glycolysis and oxidative phosphorylation. Tumor cells,because of its rapid growth,often show increased intake of glucose and other nutrients,increased glycolysis and so on. In recent years,the study on energy metabolism of tumor cells has received extensive attention. This paper summarizes the required nutrients,regulatory networks and therapeutic targets in the energy metabolism of tumor cells,and provides important reference for future research and clinical treatment.
