摘　　要："卓越工程师教育培养计划"是培养创新能力强、适应经济社会发展需要的各类型高质量工程技术人才的有效举措。论文提出了"卓越计划"对工程管理专业本科人才培养的基本要求,分析工程管理专业本科人才培养存在的问题及原因,探讨"卓越计划"背景下工程管理专业本科人才培养的对策。'Excellent Engineer Training Program' is the effective measures for various types of engineering and technical personnel cultivating innovation ability and adapting to economic and social development needs. This paper puts forward the basic requirement of 'Excellent Program' on undergraduate talent training in engineering management, analyzes the problems existing in cultivating of engineering management talents and the reasons, and discusses the strategies of cultivating engineering management talents under the background of 'Excellent Program'.
