摘　　要：论文从海南省经济发展的重点支柱产业的战略定位及其对人才的需求出发,分析了海南省高等院校办学存在的问题,提出了适应区域经济发展的高等教育特色化办学的发展模式。This paper starts from the strategic positioning of the key pillar industries of Hainan province's economic development and its demand for talents, analyzes the problems existing in the running of institutions of higher learning in Hainan province, and puts forward the development mode of the characteristic running of higher education adapting to the development of regional economy.
