摘  要:目的评价探讨应用玻璃纤维桩和辅桩树脂桩核以及铸造金属桩核对大面积牙体缺损的修复效果。方法 110名患者共142颗患牙进行根管充填,随机分为A、B组,各80颗、62颗。分别使用玻璃纤维桩联合辅桩树脂桩核和铸造钴铬金属桩进行桩核的制作,之后使用烤瓷全冠给予修复,进行5年随访,观察对比患者的临床修复效果。结果 2组在桩核松动脱落、牙龈变色、牙龈炎症方面差异具有统计学意义。结论在在小面积牙体缺损桩核修复方面首选玻璃纤维桩+烤瓷冠修复。在大面积临床牙冠缺失的残根桩核修复推荐首选铸造金属桩核+烤瓷冠修复。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of glass fiber post combined with post, resin post core and cast metal post and core in repairing large area tooth defect. Methods 110 patients with 142 teeth were treated with root canal filling. They were randomly divided into A and B groups, each with 80 and 62 teeth. The post and core were made with glass fiber post, combined post, resin post core and cast cobalt chromium metal pile, and then repaired with PFM. After 5 year follow-up, the clinical effect was observed and compared. Results There was significant difference between the two groups in the loosening of the post core, the discoloration of the gingival and the infl ammation of the gingival. Conclusion In the small area of tooth defects repair of the first choice of glass fiber pile + porcelain crown repair. In the large area of clinical crown loss of residual root pile repair recommended preferred cast metal post-core + porcelain crown repair.
