摘  要:目的本研究探讨陶瓷和烤塑材料对天然牙齿的磨耗性能,从而为修复材料的选择提供依据。方法通过体外模拟口腔内咬合运动,观察陶瓷及烤塑材料5000次与天然牙的模拟咬合磨耗下,检测各组天然牙及两种修复材料的体积变化。从而确定修复材料和天然牙磨耗水平。结果烤塑材料磨耗后体积损失量较陶瓷明显增多,且对正常牙釉质磨耗烤塑明显高于陶瓷材料。结论陶瓷材料的磨耗性能与天然牙更接近,更适合用于牙体修复。Objective To study the wear properties of ceramic and resin against natural teeth, so as to provide the basis for the selection of repair materials.Methods The volume changes of natural teeth and two kinds of restorative materials were measured by simulating the biting movement of the teeth 5000 times in vitro. Thus the wear properties of these two repair material were determined.Results The volume loss of the resin material was significantly higher than that of the ceramic, and the wear of the normal enamel against resin was higher than that against ceramic. Conclusion The wear property of ceramic was closer to that of natural teeth, and was more suitable for dental restoration.
