单根锉用于根管预备的临床评价

摘　　要：目的评价单根锉行磨牙根管预备的临床疗效。方法选取临床需要根管治疗的磨牙90颗,共310个根管。随机分为三组分别采用Mtwo,One Shape、Reciproc根管锉预备根管。3组均采用热牙胶连续波垂直加压充填。比较每颗患牙单根管预备所用的时间、根管预备术后的不良反应、以及根管充填的效果和近远期的疗效。结果 A组比B、C组耗时长,差别有统计学意义。B组和C组预备时间比较差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。三组根管预备后的疼痛发生率低,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。B组近期疗效和远期疗效都好于A、C组,三组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论单根锉进行根管预备快速、高效、根充效果好,术后反应少。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the single-file in root canals preparation. Methods This study enrolled a total of 90 teeth（310 root canals）that need root canal therapy All root canals were randomly divided into three groups.In three group Mtwo、One Shape、Reciproc were used in root canal preparation. The high temperature thermaplasticized injectable vertical condensation technique was applied in all the three groups.The time of root canal preparation、adverse reactions after the operation、the quality of root canal filling and long-term therapeutic effects were obtained and compared among the 3 groups.Results In the group A was longer than B, C group, there was significant difference between the three groups. Comparison between B group and C group preparation time, the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05） Three groups of instruments after root canal preparation, postoperative pain incidence rate is low,there is no significant difference（P〉0.05）.B group curative effect is better than A, C group, no significant difference between three groups（P〉0.05）Conclusion Single files in root canal preparation with fast, efficient, root filling effect, less postoperative reaction characteristics.
