微创拔牙技术和传统拔牙技术拔除残根、残冠、折裂牙等复杂牙的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究微创以及传统拔牙技术在拔除残根、残冠以及折裂牙等复杂牙患者治疗中的应用价值。方法选择首都医科大学密云教学医院2015年2月~2016年7月收治的96例复杂牙患者,按照入院顺序分为研究组与对照组各48例,研究组采取微创拔牙技术,对照组采取传统拔牙技术,比较两组患者临床效果。结果经过观察两组患者治疗效果看出,研究组手术时间比对照组低,且拔牙窝完整性、牙龈撕裂以及断根发生率均比对照组低(t=-7.605,x2=13.333,11.072,6.378,P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率6.25%比对照组16.67%低,差别有统计学意义(x2=5.350,P<0.05)。结论治疗残根、残冠以及折裂牙等复杂牙患者采取微创拔牙技术治疗效果显著,明显缩短治疗时间,降低对患者伤害,安全性较高,具有推广及应用的价值。Objective The application of minimally invasive and traditional tooth extraction techniques in the treatment of complex teeth such as residual root, residual crown and broken teeth was studied.Methods Choose the capital medical university teaching hospital in miyun in February 2015-July 2016 treated 96 cases of patients with complicated teeth, according to admission order is divided into research group and the control group（n=48）, team minor-injury tooth extraction technology, the control group adopts the traditional tooth extraction technology, comparing two groups of patients with clinical effect.Results After observing two groups of patients with therapeutic effect, the team operation time, lower than the control group and tooth extraction sockets integrity, gum torn and increased incidence of lower than the control group（t=7.605, chi-square=7.605, 11.072, 6.378, P〈0.05）; The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 6.25% lower than the control group of 16.67%, and the difference was statistically significant（χ^2=5.350,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Treating the residual roots and residual crowns and cracked tooth and so on complex dental patients treated with minimally invasive technology of tooth extraction effect is remarkable, significantly shorten the treatment time, reduce the harm to patients, high security, popularization and application value.
