摘 要:目的通过测定3种不同种植体基台连接设计种植体龈沟液中内毒素含量来确定种植后其龈沟炎症水平。方法选择外连接、软组织水平、平台转换设计种植体修复患者99例,分为三组,分别于修复后2周、2个月、6个月测定内毒素含量。结果软组织水平、平台转换设计种植体内毒素水平在2个月、6个月时明显低于外连接植体,软组织水平、平台转换设计种植体之间差别不大。结论尽量避免使用外连接设计。软组织水平植体和平台转移设计植体可以根据情况适当选择。采用鲎试剂可以动态监测种植后的牙周炎症状态,对于无临床指征的早期种植体周围炎可以进行早期发现、早期干预治疗。Objective To determine the level of endotoxin in the gingival crevicular fluid of 3 implants with different implant abutments. Methods 99 cases of implant repair were designed and divided into three groups, and the endotoxin levels were measured at 2 weeks, 2 months and 6 months after repair.Results The level of soft tissue, platform conversion, and toxin levels were significantly lower in 2 months and 6 months than in the external implant and soft tissue level, and there was little difference between platform conversion design and implant design.Conclusion Try to avoid the use of external connection design. Soft tissue implants and implant design platform transfer can be chosen according to the situation. Can the periodontal inflammation dynamic monitoring after planting by limulus reagent, for clinical early peri implantitis syndrome can be found early, early intervention.
