摘　　要：近年来,传统企业逐步向互联网转型,如何帮助企业客户更好地开展业务并提升核心竞争力,成为电信运营商及互联网服务提供商亟待探索和解决的关键问题,重点分析运营商网络现状和业务需求,结合技术演进需求,提出企业智能电话业务的方案,为电信运营商后续部署企业融合通信业务提出了发展建议。In recent years,with the development of Internet,traditional enterprises have gradually transferred to Internet enterprises.How to help enterprise customers to improve the level of business core competitiveness,is the key issues of the telecom operators and Internet service providers need to explore and solve. It focuses on the current situation and business needs of network,gives the enterprise smart phone technical solution,finally provides strategic advices for development strategies of the enterprise communication services.
