云南省曲靖市脑卒中高危人群筛查失访原因分析

摘　　要：目的分析云南省曲靖市脑卒中高危人群筛查工作中筛查出的高危人群的失访原因并提出相应对策。方法2013—2016年度采用现场、电话随访等的方式,采用开放式提问以明确失访原因。结果随访共与139例失访居民取得联系,结果发现:缺乏对脑卒中认识的49例,自我感觉良好的24例,认为没必要进行随访的20例,居民年龄大、行动不便的18例,离筛查点医院较远的16例,外出打工的8例,筛查点信息采集不完整无法联系2例,已发生卒中正在住院治疗的1例,死亡1例。结论通过分析明确失访原因,提高居民进行定期随访的意识,采取有针对性的措施,通过一系列干预对策有效降低失访率,实现脑卒中高危人群干预工作的实效。Objective To analyze the causes of loss to follow-up of stroke high-risk group in Qujing in Yunnan Province and provide corresponding strategies from 2013 to 2016.Methods The causes of loss to follow-up were cleared by the field follow-up,telephone follow-up and open-ended questions.Results 139 cases of residents lost to follow-up were contacted,and the results showed that 49 cases lacked the awareness of stroke,24 cases felt good about themselves,20 cases thought it unnecessary to be followed up,18 cases were with old age and had difficulty in getting around,16 cases were far from the screening hospital,8 cases went out for work,and 2 cases failed to be contacted due to incomplete screening information,1 case was treated in hospital due to stroke and 1 case died.Conclusion The loss to follow-up causes are cleared by analysis,we should improve the awareness of regular follow-up of residents,adopt the targeted measures and a series of intervention strategies thus effectively reducing the loss rate and realizing the effect of intervention work of stroke high-risk group.
