铸瓷厚度与延长光照对自粘接树脂聚合程度的影响

摘  要:目的研究IPS e.max二矽酸锂基铸瓷厚度与延长光照对自粘接双固化树脂水门汀Rely X U200聚合程度的影响。方法制备Rely X U200树脂试件50个,随机分为10组。分别透过盖玻片(对照组)及厚度为1、2、3、4 mm的IPS e.max瓷片(实验组)接受LED光固化灯传统光照(20 s)及延长光照(40 s)2种模式固化,红外光谱法测算聚合转化率(DC),对统计数据行双因素方差分析。结果随着IPS e.max瓷片厚度的增加,两种光照模式下Rely X U200 DC%均呈下降趋势(P<0.001)。相同厚度时,延长光照组DC%高于传统光照组(P<0.001)。结论随着铸瓷厚度增加,自粘接树脂水门汀的聚合程度降低,适当延长光照有助于聚合程度的提升。Objective To study the influence of IPS e. max lithium diisocyanate cast-ceramic thickness and prolonged illumination on the degree of polymerization of self-adhesive dual-cured resin cement Rely X U200. Methods 50 Rely X U200 resin samples were prepared and randomly divided into 10 groups. Traditional illumination( 20 s) and prolonged illumination( 40 s),respectively,through the cover glass( control group) and IPS e. max tiles( test group) with thickness of 1 mm,2 mm,3 mm and 4 mm. The degree of conversion( DC) was calculated by infrared spectroscopy,and the data were analyzed by two-way ANOVA. Results Rely X U200 DC% decreased with the increase of IPS e. max thickness( P < 0. 001). In the same thickness,the DC% in prolonged light group was higher than that in traditional light group( P < 0. 001). Conclusion With the increase of the thickness of the cast porcelain,the degree of polymerization of the self-adhesive resin cements decreased significantly,and prolonged illumination was helpful to the promotion.
