摘  要:以导架爬升式升降工作平台底盘结构为研究对象,利用ANSYS软件,适当简化和假设,建立有限元模型。通过静力学分析结果,验证模型的强度、刚度及稳定性符合要求。且底盘结构极易发生压弯,刚度是最重要的结构性质,故对底盘结构组成杆件进行刚度分析。确定组成杆件截面尺寸对变形量的影响,得出加强杆对底盘刚度的影响最大。进而研究加强杆截面尺寸对变形量的影响,获得其影响趋势图。改变加强杆的布置,对改进方案进行刚度分析,确定加强杆布置对变形量的影响,得出加强杆最优布置方案。结果表明,采用第六种布置方案且加强杆截面尺寸增大160%为最优的底盘结构。Taking the chassis structure of the climbing lifting platform of the guide frame as the object,this study firstly established a finite element model by using the ANSYS software.Secondly,the strength,stiffness,and stability of the model was verified through the static analysis,showing that the requirements were met.Thirdly,the stiffness,the most important structural property,of the chassis structure was analyzed for the chassis structure is prone to bending,based on which,the influence of the stiffener section size on deformation was determined and the influence trend diagram was obtained.It was then concluded that the stiffener had the greatest influence on the chassis stiffness.Finally,the optimal scheme for stiffener arrangement was obtained on the basis of analyzing the influence of stiffener arrangement on the deformation.The results show that the optimal chassis structure is the one with the stiffener section size increasing by 160%,which is in the sixth arrangement scheme,providing references for the design of the chassis structure.
