摘　　要："幼师国培"项目的班级管理工作是提高项目实施实效性的重要途径,对于国培项目班级凝聚力的形成和培训质量的提升具有重要的推动作用。面对当前"幼师国培"项目的班级管理工作中存在的主要问题,可通过全面了解学员、加强制度建设、注重人文关怀、抓好管理团队自身建设等策略提高班级管理工作的实效性。The class management of ＂Kindergarten Teachers National Training＂ is an important way to improve the practical effect of the project. It is of great impetus to the formation of the class cohesion and the improvement of the training quality. In the face of the current problems in the class management of the ＂Kindergarten Teachers National Training Project＂, we can improve the effectiveness of the class management by comprehensively understanding the students, strengthening the system construction, paying attention to the humanistic care and grasping the management team self-construction.
