摘　　要：大学生是我国人才资源的中坚力量,在目前中国社会发展面临经济新常态的背景下,大学生就业遇到新的挑战。文章从"供给侧结构性改革"这一新的角度出发提出深化高等教育综合改革,引导高校错位发展,提高人才培养质量,推进学科专业结构调整、加快应用型人才培养等措施,以期进一步促进大学生充分就业。College students are the backbone of China＇s human resources. In the background that the current social development of China is facing the economic new normal, we face the new challenges about the employment of college students. This paper puts forward the deepening reform for higher education from the new angle of ＂supply-side reform＂, guides the development of college dislocation, improves the quality of personnel training,promotes the professional structure and the disciplines, and speeds up the cultivation of applied talents, in order to promote the full employment of college students.
