摘　　要：在界定口述档案伦理这一概念的基础上,对贯穿口述档案采集、整理和利用过程中的主要伦理考量,包括历史真实与隐私保护、可能损害与未来效益、信息失衡与人道考虑等进行了深入分析,并对口述档案伦理关涉的各个主体,即访谈者、访谈执行机构和收藏机构,他们分别所应遵从的伦理规范进行了详尽阐述。并指出伦理问题跟法律问题一样,应当引起重视,审慎预访。Based on the defining the basic concept of oral archives ethic, the main ethical consideration is thoroughly analyzed between the history truth and the privacy protection,the damage possibility and the fu- ture benefit, the information unbalance and the humanitarian consideration. It runs through the whole pro- cess of oral archives collecting, organizing and utilizing. Then, the professional ethic codes of the interview- ers, the oral project executing agencies and the collection institutions are discussed. It is also noted that the ethical issues should be paid more attention to and carefully prevented in advance just as the legal is- sues.
