摘 要:为了满足模拟光伏并网对于频率相位相同的基本要求,且具有最大功率点跟踪(MPPT)和欠压过流保护功能,设计了以DSPIC30F4011为核心的控制系统,结合简单的模拟电路和数字电路实现了太阳能电池的最大功率点、频率及相位的跟踪。逆变器采用SPWM控制方式,将直流电逆变为标准单相正弦波交流电。研究结果表明,该系统具有效率高、总谐波失真低、跟踪性能优异和保护完善的特点。In order to meet the basic requirements of the analog photovoltaic grid-connected inverter for frequency and phase, and to make the system have the functions of MPPT,undervoltage protection(UVP) and overcurrent protection(OCP), the control system based on DSPIC30F4011 is designed,which combining with the simple analog circuits and the digital circuits. It can realize the maximum power point tracking, frequency and phase tracking.The inverter adopts SPWM control mode, which inverts the direct current to the standard single phase sinusoidal alternating current.The experiment results show that the system has the characterises such as high efficiency,low total harmonic distortion,excellent tracking performance and perfect protection.
