摘 要:为探明太行山干旱低山丘陵区不同人工林型对土壤酶活性及土壤质量修复的影响,以立地条件一致的3种典型32年生人工林为试验样地,对栓皮栎(Quercus variabilis)、侧柏(Platycladus orientalis)和刺槐(Robinia pseudoacacia)3种不同人工林型下土壤的脲酶(Urease)和蔗糖酶(Sucrase)活性进行了测定,并比较了不同林型下土壤的理化和生物学性质。研究结果表明:1)林分类型对土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶活性有明显的影响,不同林分类型下土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶活性均呈现侧柏>刺槐>栓皮栎的变化趋势;2)各林地土壤含水率较低,土壤呈弱碱性。3种林地类型中,侧柏林地对土壤的改良效果较好,土壤容重和土壤pH值都显著降低,且土壤总孔隙度、全氮(TN)和有机碳(TOC)含量均显著增加(P<0.05)。此外,侧柏人工林根长密度、根表面积密度和根体积密度均显著高于栓皮栎和刺槐林(P<0.05);3)土壤酶活性的高低与土壤性质有较强的相关性。线性回归分析表明,土壤碱解氮、含水率和速效磷是影响脲酶活性的主要因素,而蔗糖酶活性主要受土壤有机碳含量的影响。综合分析表明,太行山干旱低山丘陵区侧柏人工林的种植有利于提高土壤酶活性和土壤质量,在该区人工林培育及植被恢复过程中可适当扩大侧柏人工林的育林面积。To explore soil enzyme activity and soil properties changes of different plantation types in the hilly region of Taihang Mountains,3 plantations(Platycladus orientalis,Robinia pseudoacacia and Quercus variabilis) of32-years-old(1984 ~ 2016) were selected for the study. The results were as follows:(1) Plantation types had a significant impact on soil urease and sucrase activities,both urease and sucrase activities in different plantation types showed the trend of PO RP QV.(2) In the research area,soil showed low moisture content and weakly alkaline; soil moisture content and pH varied from 17. 35% to 21. 57% and from 7. 28 to 7. 39,respectively. The soil quality of PO was improved significantly,mainly reflected in soil bulk density and pH value,soil total porosity,total nitrogen and total organic carbon contents; the root length density,root surface area density and volume density in PO were significantly higher than that of RP and QV(P 0. 05).(3) The soil enzyme activities had strong correlation with soil properties. Linear regression analysis showed that soil urease activity was mainly affected by soil alkaline nitrogen,soil moisture content and available phosphorus. However,soil sucrase activity was mainly affected by soil organic carbon content. We concluded that the plantation of PO was beneficial to improve soil enzyme activity and soil quality,appropriately expand the cultivation area of PO during the new artificial plantation in this region.
