摘 要:技术关联的普遍性增加了企业识别潜在竞争对手的难度,本文提出基于专利信息识别潜在竞争对手的模型,模型由两阶段三维度构成。第一阶段从技术应用维和知识维视角,通过专利数据测度企业间技术关联强度;第二阶段从技术行业维视角判定技术关联类型,用于区别竞争对手特征,实现对竞争对手的技术竞争力评价。最后以OLED技术为例进行实证分析,分析结果验证了识别模型的有效性和可行性。Technology is correlating more and more with popularization, thereby making the identification of potential competitors for enterprises more difficult. The present paper therefore proposes a novel technology correlation and industry character-based framework for identifying potential competitors using patent information. The proposed model contains two stages and three dimensions. The first stage is to measure the technology correlation from the ap- plication-knowledge dimension to confirm the technical associated value of the firms. Based on first stage, the second stage is applied to classify and identify potential competitors based on the strength of the technological competitive- ness of the enterprises, which has a technical correlation with the industry dimension. The technology domain of or- ganic light-emitting diodes (OLED) is employed as a case study, through which the proposed framework has been proven to be valid and flexible.
