摘　　要：目的:评估Nd:YAG激光治疗老年人牙合面重度磨耗导致牙本质敏感症的疗效。方法:选择由于牙齿牙合面重度磨耗出现牙齿敏感症的老年患者,应用脉冲Nd:YAG激光治疗仪,在一定的参数条件下(频率10Hz,40mJ,60s)进行牙齿脱敏治疗,用数字化疼痛评判法(VAS)法计算受试者治疗前后VAS评分,评估应用Nd:YAG激光治疗牙本质敏感性的疗效。结果:受试者激光即刻治疗及治疗后二周VAS评分值显著低于治疗前,有统计学意义。结论:Nd:YAG激光治疗对于老年人面重度磨耗所致的牙齿敏感症有效,特别是短期疗效显著。Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of using Nd： YAG laser irradiation on dental hypersensitivity due to tooth wear in elderly. Methods： Patients with dental hypersensitivity due to tooth wear seriously in elderly were selected,Tooth desensitization were treated by pulsed Nd： YAG laser therapeutic apparatus under the condition of certain parameters（frequency 10 Hz, 40 mJ, 60 s）. Visual analogue scale（VAS） was assessed after laser irradiation immediate and two week,and compared with the baselines. Results： The VAS score after laser irradiation were significantly lower than that of the baselines. Conclusions： Nd： YAG laser irradiation is effective in treating the dental hypersensitivity in elderly especially the short-term curative effect is distinct.
