摘 要:GB 5009.36-2016食品中氰化物的测定的第一法分光光度法,适用于白酒中氰化物的检测。此法检测过程中所需异烟酸-吡唑啉酮溶液配制方法为临用配制法。现以临用混匀法配制异烟酸-吡唑啉酮溶液即分为异烟酸溶液Ⅰ和吡唑啉酮溶液Ⅱ,使用时将溶液Ⅰ、Ⅱ按5∶1的体积比混合。经过实验对比发现,临用配制法和临用混匀法两者检测结果在误差允许范围内。相比于临用配制法,临用混匀法避免了每次称量异烟酸和吡唑啉酮的工作量,减少了等待异烟酸和吡唑啉酮两者完全溶解的时间。但临用混匀法中的异烟酸溶液Ⅰ,在配制5天后开始出现絮状沉淀,摇晃并不能使之溶解,已影响到实验结果的准确性,故此法溶液有效期为5天。The first GB 5009.36-2016 method for the determination of cyanide in food by spectrophotometry, suitable for determination of cyanide in liquor. The preparation method of isonicotinic acid pyrazolone solution to the detection process for compounding method. Taking the Pro Pro with mixing method preparing isonicotinic acid pyrazolone solution is divided into isonicotinic acid pyrazolone solution I and II solution, when using the solution I and II according to 5:1 volume ratio. Through experimental comparison, preparation method and use Pro Pro with mixing method which results in the range of allowable error. Compared to the compounding method, by mixing method to avoid Pro each weighing and isonicotinic acid pyrazolone. As the amount, reduce the waiting and isonicotinic acid pyrazolone are completely dissolved in time. But the mixed solution method in uniform isonicotinic acid in the preparation of 1, 5 days later began to appear floc, shaking and can not be dissolved, has affected the accuracy of experimental results, this method was valid for 5 days.
