摘　　要：目的探讨凝血指标与宫颈恶性肿瘤之间的相关性。方法用STAGO全自动凝血仪检测106例宫颈恶性肿瘤患者为宫颈恶性肿瘤组,检测凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、纤维蛋白原(Fbg)水平,另选取137例宫颈良性肿瘤者为良性对照组,对检测结果进行比较。结果恶性肿瘤组凝血指标(PT、APTT、FIB)较对照组升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且年龄(OR=1.250,95%CI:1.137~1.375)、PT(OR=2.842,95%CI:1.709~4.721)和FIB(OR=3.385,95%CI:1.936~5.892)为恶性肿瘤的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论凝血指标异常在宫颈恶性肿瘤的发生和发展中起重要的作用,可为肿瘤患者的病情监测和预后提供参考。Objective To explore the correlation between coagulation indicators and clinical characters in patients with cervical cancer. Methods 106 cases with malignant cervical cancer and 137 cases with cervical benign tumor were enrolled as the malignant cervical cancer group and the control group,and the coagulation indicators including prothrombin time（ PT）,activated partial thromboplastin time（ APTT）,thrombin time（ TT）,fibrinogen（ FIB） between the two groups were measured by fully automatic blood coagulation analyzer of STAGO,and the detection results were compared. Results Compared with the control groups,the levels of coagulation indicators（ PT,APTT and FIB） were significantly higher in the malignant cervical cancer group,with the differences statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Besides,the independent risk factors for malignant cervical cancer were age（ OR = 1. 250,95% CI： 1. 137-1. 375）,PT（ OR = 2. 842,95% CI： 1. 709-4. 721） and FIB（ OR = 3. 385,95% CI： 1. 936-5. 892）（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The coagulation abnormalities play an important role in the tumorigenesis and development of malignant cervical cancer,and it can provide reference for disease monitoring and prognosis of cancer patients.
