托拉塞米联合人血白蛋白治疗肝硬化腹水35例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨托拉塞米联合人血白蛋白治疗肝硬化腹水的临床疗效。方法:将2014年8月至2016年3月怀集县人民医院收治的70例肝硬化腹水患者随机分成观察组与对照组各35例。在常规治疗的基础上,观察组予托拉塞米联合人血白蛋白治疗,对照组患者仅予托拉塞米治疗,疗程均为1周。比较两组患者腹胀缓解时间、腹水减退时间和每日尿量,以及治疗后血清Na+和K+浓度的变化。结果:观察组腹胀缓解时间及腹水减退时间均明显少于对照组,分别为[(3.1±1.5)d vs(4.5±1.3)d,(4.2±1.8)d vs(6.1±2.3)d,均P<0.05];观察组每日平均尿量明显多于对照组[(2137.4±252.6)ml vs(1529.6±217.3)ml,P<0.05]。两组治疗后的血清Na+和K+浓度无明显差异(均P>0.05)。结论:托拉塞米和人血白蛋白联合应用治疗肝硬化腹水能够起到协同增效的作用,提高临床治疗效果。Objective：To explore the clinical effect on patients with cirrhosis ascites treated by Torasemide andhuman blood albumine. Methods： 70 patients with liver cirrhosis ascites were randomly divided into observation group（n=35） and control group（n=35）from Aug 2014 to Mar 2016 in Huaiji county people’s hospital. On the basis of routine thera-py,observation group was accepted Torasemide and human blood albumin,while control group was accepted Torasemidefor 1 week. The periods of abdominal distension relief and ascites disapper,daily urine output,and concentration of se-rum Na＋and K＋after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results： The periods of abdominal distension re-lief and ascites disapper in observation group were significantly less than those in the control group[（3.1±1.5）d vs（4.5±1.3）d,（4.2±1.8）d vs（6.1±2.3）d,P〈0.05 respectively]. The daily urine output in observation group was significantlymore than that in the control group [（2137.4±252.6）ml vs（1529.6±217.3）ml,P〈0.05]. The concentration of serum Na＋and K＋were not significantly difference after treatment between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion：There is an effectof synergies and improving the clinical effect that the patients with liver cirrhosis ascites were treated by Torasemide andblood albumin.
