十二指肠壅积上消化道造影检查诊断价值分析

摘　　要：目的:通过对十二指肠壅积的病例分析及文献复习,总结其上消化道造影检查影像表现及诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析34例经临床证实十二指肠壅积的临床资料及消化道造影检查影像资料,并结合文献复习进行分析总结。结果:34例患者上消化道气钡双重造影均显示造影剂在通过十二指肠水平段受阻,可见笔杆样压迹,蠕动和逆蠕动频繁发生,造影剂来回徘徊呈钟摆样,取右侧卧位、胸膝位或加压下腹部,可使造影剂通过而减轻壅积。结论:上消化道造影检查对十二指肠壅积是一种简单易行的诊断方法并具有很高诊断价值。Objective： through case analysis and literature review of duodenal stasis,summarize the upper digestive tract radiography manifestations and value of diagnosis.Methods： a retrospective analysis of 34 patients with clinically proven duodenal stasis of the digestive tract contrast examination of clinical data and imaging data,and related literatures were analyzed and summarized.Results： 34 cases of patients with upper gastrointestinal air barium double contrast radiography showed contrast agent in the horizontal part of duodenum blocked,visible pen like impression,peristalsis and antiperistalsis occur frequently,contrast agent was wandering back and forth pendulum,take the right lateral,knee chest or abdominal pressure,can make the contrast agent by reducing accumulation.Conclusion： The upper digestive tract examination of duodenal stasis is a simple diagnostic method and has a high diagnostic value.
