摘 要:[目的]解决当前吡唑醚菌酯剂型普遍存在的易失效、持效低与环境污染严重等一系列问题。[方法]以吡唑醚菌酯为芯材、聚己内酯为壁材、丙酮为溶剂、水为抗溶剂、聚乙烯醇为表面活性剂,利用溶剂提取法"一步法"制备吡唑醚菌酯微胶囊剂和悬浮剂的混合剂型,并对产品进行了包载药率、释放性能、稳定性、粒径分布以及形貌一系列表征。考察了芯壁比、温度等工艺参数对包载药率和释放性能的影响。[结果]混合剂型的稳定性和缓释性能良好,持效期可以延长至10 d以上。[结论]与传统农药剂型相比,提高了农药的利用率和持效性;与新型的微胶囊剂型相比,降低了成本,避免药效的滞后性。[Aims] To solve the serious defects including the photo decomposition, low holding efficiencies and environmental pollution in the current formulations of pyraclostrobin. [Methods] The mixed formulation of the microcapsule suspension(CS) and suspension(SC) was prepared by solvent extraction method with pyraclostrobin as the core material, poly caprolactone(PCL) as the wall material, acetone as the solvent, water as the anti-solvent, and poly vinyl alcohol(PVA) as the surfactant. The product was characterized with its stability, encapsulation efficiency(EE) and drug loading efficiency(DLE), release kinetics, size distribution and morphology. The effects of ratio of core material to wall material, temperature, surfactant concentration on the EE, DLE and releases kinetics were investigated. [Results] Good stability and release kinetics were observed for the mixed formulation. The duration of release of pyraclostrobin was prolonged to more than 10 days. [Conclusions] The mixed formulation of pyraclostrobin can improve the utilization rate and holding efficiency, and lower down the coat and avoid the delay of the pesticide effect compared to the traditional formulations and novel microcapsule suspension formulation, respectively.
