长脉宽1064nm激光联合清热凉血方加减治疗颜面部毛细血管扩张症疗效

摘　　要：目的观察长脉宽1064nmNd：YAG激光联合清热猿血汤治疗面部毛细血管扩张症的疗效。方法血热型毛细血管扩张症患者82例随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组41例用长脉宽1064nmNd：YAG激光联合清热凉血汤口服治疗，对照组41例单用长脉宽1064nmNd：YAG激光治疗。比较两组的临床疗效和不良反应。结果观察组总有效率90．2％与对照组总有效率68．3％比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。不良反应多见治疗后皮肤干燥、脱屑和疼痛。结论长脉宽1064nmNd：YAG激光联合清热凉血汤治疗面部毛细血管扩张症疗效满意，适合临床推广应用。Objective To observe the efficacy of facial telangiectasis belonging to blood-heat type treated by long-pulsed Nd： YAG laser and Ingredient-altered ＂heat-clearing and blood-cooling soup＂ . Methods 82 patients with facial telangiectasis belonging to blood-heat type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group （ 41 cases ） were treated with combined long-pulsed Nd： YAG laser and ＂heat-clearing and blood-cooling soup＂ , and the control group （ 41 cases ） only took the treatment of long-pulsed Nd： YAG laser. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions between the two groups were analyzed. Results The total effective rate of treatment group （ 90.2% ） compared with the control group total effective rate （ 68.3% ） , the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .The adverse reactions induced by the Nd： YAG laser therapy was including dry skin and desquamation and pain after the therapy. Conclusion There is an outstanding curative effect of long-pulsed Nd： YAG laser combined with ＂heat-clearing and blood-cooling soup＂ in the treatment of facial telangiectasis belonging to blood-heat type, which suitable for clinical application.
