健脾柔肝化瘀汤辅助预防食管胃底静脉曲张首次出血的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价健脾柔肝化瘀汤辅助预防食管胃底静脉曲张首次出血的疗效。方法肝硬化合并食管胃底静脉曲张患者60例，分为2组，对照组口服心得安，观察组在对照组基础上加健脾柔肝化瘀汤口服，疗程均为6个月。比较两组治疗期间首次消化道出血发生率、胃镜下食管胃底静脉曲张及肝功能Child—pugh分级情况。结果观察组首次出血发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。观察组肝功功能食管胃底静脉曲张Grade分级较对照组明显改善（P〈0．05）。结论健脾柔肝化瘀汤辅助预防食管胃底静脉曲张首次出血效果显著，且安全可靠。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Jianpi Huayu Decoction in the prevention of first bleeding of gastroesophageal varices. Methods 60 patients with cirrhosis complicated with gastroesophageal varices were divided into 2 groups. The control group was treated with propranolol, and the observation group was treated with Jianpi Huayu Decoction and propranolol. The course of treatment was 6 months. The incidence of the first bleeding of gastroesophageal varices, the degree of the gastroesophageal varices under gastroscope and the grade of hepatic function in Child- pugh were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of first bleeding in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . The degree of the gastroesophageal varices under gastroscope and the grade of hepatic function in Child-pugh in the observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion Jianpi Huayu decoction is effective and safe in the prevention of first bleeding of gastroesophageal varices.
