槽沟倒凹辅助超强纤维牙周夹板对牙周病松动磨牙的固定效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨咬合面槽沟倒凹辅助超强纤维夹板临床对牙周病并牙松动的固定效果。方法:牙周炎并牙松动患者39例,在牙周病基础治疗后利用超强纤维树脂夹板结合咬合面槽沟倒凹辅助固定松动患牙,观察固定前与固定后8、16及24个月时患牙探诊深度(PD)、附着丧失程度(AL)、菌斑指数(PLI)及出血指数(BI)与夹板固定情况。结果:固定8个月时PD、AL与固定前相比变浅,P<0.05;固定后8~24个月,PD及AL无显著变化;PLI及BI与固定前相比较,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;至固定后24个月时尚有35例患者患牙稳定,夹板完好,固定总有效率为89.74%。结论:使用咬合面槽沟倒凹辅助超强纤维树脂夹板固定牙周病松动后牙,效果确切,且不影响口腔卫生的维护。Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of occlusal groove and concave groove assisted super fibrous splint in the treatment of periodontal disease complicated with loosening of teeth.Methods： 39 patients with periodontitis and tooth loosening after periodontal basic treatment were treated by super fiber resin splint with occlusal groove undercut auxiliary fixation loosening teeth. The teeth fixed probing depth（ PD） before and after fixation for 8,16 and 24 months,attachment loss（ AL）,plaque index（ PLI） and bleeding index（ BI） and splint fixation were observed. Results： At 8 months,the depth of penetration（ PD） of the tooth and the degree of attachment loss（ AL） were shallower than those before fixation（ P〈0. 05）. From 8 to 24 months after fixation,the tooth probing depth（ PD） and attachment loss（ AL） had no significant change. Plaque index（ PLI） and bleeding index（ BI） compared with the fixed before,the difference was not statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）.Until 24 months after the fashion of 35 patients with intact splint fixation,the total effective rate was89. 74%. Conclusion： The use of occlusal groove,inverted groove and extra strong fibrous resin splint in the treatment of periodontal disease to loosen the posterior teeth is effective and does not affect the maintenance of oral health.
