摘　　要：IT行业是当代社会的一个新兴行业,是引领社会进步的一个重要行业。IT的普遍应用,是进入信息社会的标志。文章从项目实施管理在IT行业的地位、IT行业的发展趋势、优化人才环境以及今后IT行业的发展策略等方面进行简要分析和讨论,并提出相应的实施措施。IT industry is an emerging industry in contemporary society and is an important industry leading social progress. The universal application of IT is a sign of entering the information society. This paper analyzes and discusses the status of the project implementation and management in the IT industry, the development trend of IT industry, the optimization of talent environment and the development strategy of the IT industry in the future, and puts forward the corresponding implementation measures.
