摘　　要：文章构建了基于Stackelberg的制造企业与供应商之间的二级供应链模型,分析在VMI环境下制造商与供应链之间的收益共享因子。以实例企业XX公司的调研数据进行模拟,研究结果表明当收益份额所处的区间R∈∈0,0.75∈时,制造企业与供应商之间处于最优的共享状态,能够有弹性的实现收益共享。This paper constructed a two-echelon supply chain model between manufacturing enterprises and suppliers based on Stackelberg, and analyzed the revenue sharing factors between manufacturers and supply chains under the VMI environment. Simu- lated the survey data of XX company, and the result was when the revenue share R ranged between 0 to 0.75, the manufacturers and suppliers was in the optimal shared state and could be flexihle to complete the revenue sharing.
