多层螺旋CT血管造影在烟雾病诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨多层螺旋CT血管造影(MSCTA)对烟雾病诊断的应用价值。方法充分应用容积扫描原始数据,结合图像后处理技术,回顾性分析30例烟雾病的MSCTA表现。结果 MSCTA清楚显示烟雾病病变血管的狭窄、闭塞程度,并可从不同角度观察病变动脉与Willis环以及脑底异常血管网之间的关系,为临床治疗方案的制定提供重要的影像学信息。结论 MSCTA成像技术快速、准确、简便,对烟雾病的诊断、治疗方案的选择、术前、术后评价、随访观察均有重要价值,可以作为诊断烟雾病的主要影像学方法。Objective To study the application value of MSCTA in diagnosis of moyamoya disease. Methods To analyze MSCTA results of 30 patients of moyamoya disease with the initial data of volume scanning fully applied retrospectively, combined with the image post processing technologies of MIP, MPR and VR etc. Results Through MSCTA the degrees of stenosis or occlusion in pathological vessels of moyamoya disease conld be clearly displayed. People can also observe the relationship among pathological arteries and Willis loop as well as the abnormal basal vascular networks from different perspectives, thus prominent radiological imaging information could be provided in planning clinical treatments. Conclusion Moyamoya disease can be displayed rapidly, accurately, precisely by means of MSCTA imaging technology. The technology is of great value for the diagnosing, therapies selecting, post operation evaluating and follow-up observing of moyamoya disease. Therefore the MSCTA can serve as a major imaging method of moyamoya disease diagnosis.
