摘　　要：目的探讨CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析60例CT引导下肺穿刺活检获取病理标本的准确性和安全性。结果 60例患者中,58例获取了满意的病理标本,其中2例取出组织为纤维组织和坏死组织,手术成功率为97%(58/60),恶性病变成功率为97%(48/49),良性病变成功率为91%(10/11),其中5例出现少量气胸,2例出现少量咯血。结论 CT引导下肺穿刺活检术对肺内肿块是一种安全、有效、准确率高并对病变的定性诊断有极高价值的微创方法,同时穿刺活检是一种创伤性检查,要严格选择适应证,掌握穿刺技巧,避免并发症的发生。Objective To explore the clinical application value of CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy.Methods To retrospective analyze the accuracy and safety of 60 cases of pathological specimens that gained from biopsy via lung puncture which guided by CT. Results In 60 cases of patients, 58 cases got satisfactory pathological specimens, and 2 cases took the fibrous tissue and necrotic tissue. The success rate of the operation was 97%（58/60） and malignant lesion success rate was 97%（48/49）, benign lesion success rate was 91% （10/11）, of which 5 cases appeared pneumothorax, 2 cases appeared a small amount of hemoptysis. Conclusion The technique of puncturing biopsy via lung is a safe, effective, high accuracy minimally invasive method for the lump in lung, which has high value for qualitative diagnosis on affection. At the same time, puncture biopsy is a kind of traumatic examination, what we should pay attention is selecting indication strictly, grasping the skill of puncture avoiding the appearance of complications.
