通络针法配合康复理疗治疗脑中风后遗症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察自拟通络针法康复理疗治疗脑中风后遗症患者临床疗效。方法选取自2014年4月至2015年4月于朝阳市中医院收治的脑中风后遗症病例50例,采用信封法随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组25例,采用神经内科常规西医治疗方法,试验组25例,在对照组基础上采用通络针法和康复理疗,观察患者临床疗效。结果试验组优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论通络针法康复理疗治疗脑中风后遗症患者临床疗效肯定。Objective To observe the effect of Tongluo acupuncture rehabilitation therapy for treating sequela of apoplexy patients clinical curative effect. Methods Sincel April 2014 to Apri 2015 in Chaoyang City Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine cases cerebral apoplexy sequela and 50 cases, the envelopes were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 25 cases in the control group, the use of Department of Neurology in conventional western medicine treatment. The experimental group （n=25）. In the control group based on the use of Tongluo acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy were observed.in patients with clinical efficacy. Results The experimental group was better than the control group, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The acupuncture treatment of stroke sequela Tongluo rehabilitation therapy in patients with clinical efficacy.
