“健康中国”视域下青少年体育使命及其研究维度的诠释

摘　　要："健康中国"的内涵凸显了体育是跨界构建健康中国"预防体系"的关键途径,青少年健康发展是健康中国的筑基工程;健康对立面疾病,以及疾病谱的转变使青少年人群面临疾病群的健康风险,以此明确了青少年体育在健康中国建设中的基础作用和其应树立的"大健康观";党的十八大以来,国家围绕健康中国和青少年发展颁布的相关政策文件中提出了重塑青少年体育本质特征、培养体育科学素养、塑造生态文明和培育正向文化4项青少年体育的核心使命;上述4项使命是健康中国视域下青少年体育问题的研究导向,当前和未来该领域的研究应从健康思想、制度完善、资源供给、健全体育和健全人格5个维度来展开。The connotation of＂Healthy China＂ highlights that sports are the key way to build the ＂prevention system＂ of healthy China, and the healthy development of young people is the founda- tion project of＂Healthy China＂ .The alteration of illness and diseases spectrum exposes young peo- ple of health risks, then the basic role youth sports play in the construction of＂Healthy China＂ and the general health viewpoint which should be established are cleared. The policy document about ＂Healthy China＂ and youth sports health issued after the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that restoring youth sports nature, cultivating scientific literacy, building ecological civilization and fostering positive culture are the four core missions of youth sports. Finally, guided by the missions of youth sports from view of healthy China, this paper suggests that the current and future study of youth sports should be carried out from the dimensions of healthy thought, system, resource, overall-sports and healthy personality.
