播散型表皮松解性棘皮瘤1例

摘　　要：患者男,56岁。腹部及双侧腋下、肘窝、腘窝、腹股沟等部位散在分布扁平褐色丘疹10年余。皮损组织病理示:角化过度,颗粒层、棘层细胞核周可见空泡改变,形成腔隙甚至松解,含有粗大的透明角质颗粒,呈典型的表皮松解性角化过度改变。诊断:播散型表皮松解性棘皮瘤。经液氮冷冻治疗后,现继续随访中。A 56-year-old male patient suffered from flat brown papules on his abdominal and skin of bilateral axillary,cubital and popliteal fossa and inguinal for 10 years.Skin biopsies from the lesion on the abdomen showed typical epidermolytic hyperkeratosis presented with hyperkeratosis and vacuolization of cells with increased keratohyalin granules in the granular and spinous layer.Diagnosis： disseminated epidermolytic acanthoma.The patient was taken liquid nitrogen cryotherapy and was in regular follow-up.
