毛囊角化病1例

摘　　要：患者男,33岁。头皮、额部皮疹6年余。临床表现结合组织病理确诊为毛囊角化病,痤疮。曾3次在当地医院误诊为"痤疮",并予罗红霉素、丹参酮胶囊、维生素A胶囊、维胺脂胶囊等口服,外用过氧化苯甲酰、夫西地酸乳膏、甲硝唑凝胶等,无明显好转。A 33-year-old male patient suffered a skin disease of scalp and forehead rash for more than 6 years.Clinical manifestation combined with histopathology confirmed the diagnosis of keratosis and acne.He had visited local clinics 3 times,and had been misdiagnosed with “acne”,and given roxithromycin, Danshentong Capsules, vitamin A capsules, Weianzhi capsule oral, topical Benzoyl peroxide gel, Fusidic Acid Cream, Metronidazole Gel and so on, for external use, but there＇s no obvious improvement.
