播散性浅表性光线性汗孔角化症1家系调查

摘　　要：患者男,68岁。面颈、躯干及四肢褐色丘疹结节40余年,伴瘙痒1月。皮肤科情况:面、颈、躯干及四肢见大小不等的环形或不规则形角化性褐色斑片,边缘呈线性和堤状隆起,中央萎缩。臀部、肛周及双下肢见角化性结节和疣状增生。家系调查:3代有8人出现类似皮损。皮损组织病理示:角化过度,柱状角化不全,角化不全柱下颗粒层消失。诊断:播散性浅表性光线性汗孔角化症。A 68-year-old male patient visited with brown papule and nodule on the whole body for 40 years with itching 1 month.Dermatological examination showed a number of brown variable size circular or irregular keratotic plaques with linear border、center atrophy on the face、neck、trunk and limbs, keratotic nodules 、verrucous hyperplasia on the legs and hip.Pedigree analysis showed 8 family members had similar skin lesions in the 3-generation.The histopathology examination showed hyperkeratosis and parakeratosis, parakeratosis column with disappearance of stratum granulosum underneath.Diagnosis：Disseminated Superficial Actinic Porokeratosis.
