摘　　要：结外鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤是一种少见的进展迅速且预后凶险的恶性淋巴瘤,尚无标准化治疗方案。根据其临床表现中医归纳为"恶核",正气亏虚、湿热毒流窜为基本病机,治疗宜清热利湿解毒兼顾扶助正气。本文分享中医药治疗结外鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤1例。Extranodal NK/T cell lymphoma（nasal type）is a rare, quickly progressive malignant lymphoma with ominous prognosis without standardized treatment.It is named “E He” in Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM）according to it＇s clinical manifestation, which is due to vital qi deficiency and flowing dampness heat toxin.Treatment should be clearing heat,inducing dieresis,detoxicating and strengthening vital qi.This article shares a case of extranodal NK/T cell lymphoma,nasal type treated by TCM.
