摘 要:目的:探讨柔道运动员冬训期一次技术实战训练课后超敏肌钙蛋白I(hs-c Tn I)的变化,为柔道运动员训练期间心脏机能的监控提供方法和手段。方法:以12名优秀柔道运动员(男女各半)和12名普通柔道运动员(男女各半)为研究对象,进行冬训期的一次技术实战课,对所有运动员进行全程心率监控。训练课前、训练课后即刻、训练后3 h、12 h、24 h分别抽取静脉血,测定hs-c Tn I。结果:1)总体来看,运动员的hs-c Tn I于运动后即刻升高,运动后3 h达到最高,运动后12 h下降,至24 h完全恢复。2)男女运动员TRMP无显著性差异,男女运动员运动后即刻、运动后3 h以及运动后12 h的hs-c Tn I均高于运动前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。运动后各时间点男女间hs-c Tn I无显著性差异(P>0.05)。3)优秀运动员与普通运动员的TRIMP无显著性差异(P>0.05)。优秀运动员组运动后即刻、运动后3 h、12 h的hs-c Tn I显著高于运动前(P<0.01),运动后24 h恢复到运动前水平(P>0.05)。普通运动员运动后即刻、运动后3 h、12 h均高于运动前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),运动后24 h仍显著高于运动前(P<0.05)。优秀运动员的hs-c Tn I在运动后即刻、3 h、12 h、24 h均显著低于普通运动员(P<0.05)。结论:一次柔道技术实战课可以诱导运动员心肌肌钙蛋白释放增加,可用hs-c Tn I进行柔道运动员训练课的心肌损伤监控。Objective: To investigate the changes of high-sensitivity troponin I (hs-cTnI) of judo ath- letes after one competitive training course during the winter training period, in order to provide methods and means to monitor the cardiac function of judo athletes during the whole training process. Methods: 12 elite judo athletes (6 males and 6 females) and 12 ordinary judo athletes (6 males and 6 females) were selected as the research subjects, ran a competitive training course in winter train- ing period. All athletes" heart rates were monitored during the whole training process. Venous blood samples were drawn 5 times as: before the training course, after the training course immediately, and 3 hours, 12 hours, and 24 hours after the training course, to check the hs-cTnI. Results : 1 ) O- verall, after exercise the hs-cTnI increased immediately, reached the peak after 3 h, decreased af- ter 12 h, completed recovered after 24 h. 2) The TRMP showed no deference between male and fe- male athletes, their hs-cTnI levels were significantly higher than pre-exercise exercise (P〈O.01). Their hs-cTnI after exercise immediately, 3 h and 12 h after exercise were all higher than those pre -exercise, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.01). There was no significant differ- ence between male and female in hs-cTnI at each time point after exercise (P 〉 0.05 ). 3 ) The TRMP of elite athletes and ordinary athletes had no significant difference (P〉0.05). The hs-cTnI after exercise immediately, 3 h, 12 h after exercise of the elite athletes were significantly higher than those pre-exercise ( P〈0.01 ), and returned to the pre-exercise level after 24 h (P〉0.05). For or- dinary athletes, the hs-cTnI after exercise immediately, 3 h and 12 h after exercise were all higher than pre-exercise, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.01), but the hs-cTnI after 24 h were still significantly higher than pre-exercise (P〈0.05).
