摘　　要：目的探讨侧脑室中枢神经细胞瘤临床特点和磁共振成像(MRI)诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的25例侧脑室内中枢神经细胞瘤患者的临床及影像资料,重点分析MRI特点及手术病理特征,主要分析MRI图像发现与手术病理特征的鉴别符合性。结果 25例患者均行磁共振平扫与增强检查。T1WI像20例呈低信号,5例呈等信号;T2WI像20例高信号,5例呈混杂高信号;T2FLAIR像18例高信号,7例混杂稍高信号;DWI像21例呈明显高信号,4例稍高信号。静脉注入Gd-DTPA后,20例明显强化,5例不均匀轻度强化。结论 MRI诊断侧脑室中枢神经细胞瘤具有重要价值。【Objective】To investigate the clinical characteristic and the value of magnetic resonance imaging（MRI） as a diagnostic tool of the central neurocytoma in lateral ventricle.【Methods】We analyzed retrospectively the surgical finding and imaging materials of 25 cases of central neurocytoma in lateral ventricle. The central neurocytoma was confirmed by surgery and pathology. We analyzed mainly the discrimination coincidence of MRI finding and surgical pathologic features.【Results】In T1 WI study, 20 cases showed low signal intensity while 5 cases showed iso-signal intensity among the 25 patients underwent MRI plain scan with enhanced examination. In T2 WI study, 20 cases showed high signal intensity while 5 cases showed mixed high signal intensity. In FLAIR study, 18 cases had hyperintensity while 7 cases had mixed slightly hyperintensity. In DWI study, 21 cases showed obviously hyperintensity while 4 cases showed slightly hyper-intensity. Twenty patients had obviously enhancement while 5 patients showed inhomogeneous enhancement after the injection of Gd-DTPA. 【Conclusion】The MRI finding is of great value to be a tool in diagnosing central neurocytoma in lateral ventricle.
