摘  要:目的探讨玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗对眼底病血流动力学的影响。方法收集190例眼底病患者,根据随机数字表法将患者分为干预组和对照组,每组95例。对照组术中采用常规药物治疗,干预组则采用玻璃体注射雷珠单抗治疗。分别测定患者治疗前、治疗后的血流动力学指标,包括全血黏度、血浆黏度、血细胞比容、纤维蛋白原和红细胞聚集指数,同时比较两组临床疗效。结果干预组的显效率、总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,干预组的全血黏度、血浆黏度、血细胞比容、纤维蛋白原和红细胞聚集指数均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗能一定程度改善眼底病患者的血流动力学,改善眼底局部组织的微循环,增加血氧供应,从而提高临床疗效。【Objective】To investigate the hemodynamic effects of intravitreal injection of ranibizumab on ocular fundus diseases.【Methods】A total of 190 patients with ocular fundus diseases were collected. They were divided into intervention group and control group according to random number table, and there were 95 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional medicine, and the intervention group was treated with intravitreal injection of ranibizumab. The hemodynamic indexes before treatment and after treatment were measured, including whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, fibrinogen and erythrocyte aggregation index, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.【Results】The significant efficiency, the total efficiency in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P〈0.05); after treatment, the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, fibrinogen and erythrocyte aggregation index in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P〈0.05).【Conclusion】Intravitreal injection of ranibizumab can improve the hemodynamics of patients with ocular fundus diseases, improve the microcirculation of the local tissues and increase the blood oxygen supply, thereby improve the clinical efficacy.
