摘　　要：计算机辅助药物设计是现代新药创制的前沿学科,也是培养"战学研用"全面综合性军事药学人才的重要组成部分。本文从教学平台建设、教学内容、教学方法和课程考核四个方面对计算机辅助设计实践教学进行了探索和总结。Computer-aided drug design（ CADD） is considered as the frontier subject in modern drug discovery,which also serve as an important component of high-quality military pharmacy talent training. This paper introduced the practice on the course of CADD by focusing on the four aspects of construction of teaching platform,teaching content,teaching method and course assessment.
