摘 要:为了完善温拌沥青混合料配合比设计方法,通过改变马歇尔击实法成型试件的击实温度和击实功两个因素,以空隙率为主要控制指标,对AC-16型温拌沥青混合料进行旋转压实法和马歇尔击实法对比试验。研究结果表明:旋转压实法和马歇尔击实法成型试件的空隙率随着成型温度的降低逐渐增大;马歇尔击实法比旋转压实法成型试件的空隙率降低幅度和变化率均大,且温度越低,增加幅度和变化率越显著;当采用马歇尔击实法成型试件时,若要获得能够反映真实情况的空隙率,击实温度应比目标降温幅度应提高18℃;击实次数在50~90次变化时,试件空隙率逐渐减小;当击实次数大于90次时,试件空隙率基本稳定不变或略微增大;提高击实功,试件空隙率与击实温度没有规律性。In order to improve the proportion design method of warm mix asphalt, through changing Mar- shall compaction molding test pieces two factors, compaction temperature and compaction energy, taking void rate as the main control index, AC -16 warm mix asphalt mixture are carried contrast tests by gyratory com- paction method and the Marshall hit method. The results show that the porosity of specimen formed by both methods increases as temperature decreasing. Marshall compaction method specimen change more than gyrato- ry compaction molding specimen in porosity and rate, and the lower the temperature, the more obvious the change. When using Marshall compaction method to obtain molding specimen whose void ratio reflect the real situation, compaction temperature should be higher 18 ℃ than target cool temperature. When compaction times changing in 50 -90 times, specimen porosity decreasing. When the compaction times greater than 90 times, specimen porosity is basically stable or slightly increased. When improving compaction energy, speci- men porosity and compaction temperature is out of regularity.
