饲料中添加桑叶粉对海兰褐蛋鸡生产性能及蛋品质的影响

摘　　要：通过在海兰褐蛋鸡饲料中添加不同剂量的桑叶粉,统计蛋鸡在日粮、体重、产蛋以及蛋品质等方面的不同,研究不同配方的桑叶饲料对蛋鸡生产性能及蛋品质的影响。结果表明,饲料中添加桑叶粉可以有效降低海兰褐蛋鸡的采食量,提高鸡体重、蛋黄黄度、蛋壳厚度等蛋品质;桑叶添加量与鸡的生产性能呈一定相关性,其中添加桑叶粉比例为7%时最佳,但是饲料预饲期应在15天。The different doses of mulberry leaf powder were added into fodder,the daily ration,body weight,egg production and egg quality of Hyline-brown chicken were analyzed. Then the influences of different fodder formulas on laying performance and egg quality were studied. The results indicated that adding mulberry leaf powder into fodder could effectively induce the food-intake of Hyline-brown chicken,and enhance the egg quality such as body weight,yellow degree of yolks and thickness of egg shell etc. The laying performance was correlated with the adding amount of mulberry leaf power to some extent. The optimal proportion of mulberry leaf powder was 7%. The pre-feeding period of fodder should be kept for 15 days.
