摘　　要：检察机关刑事非法证据排除规则的适用中,在嫌疑证据的处理上,要着重对瑕疵证据进行补救,即对其进行充分补正与合理解释,同时要讲究补救的方式;在适用程序上,要求及时发现、深入调查、准确认定和正确处理非法证据及有关问题。Effort should be made to remedy the defective evidences when handling the suspected evidences in procuratorial applicability of the exclusionary rule for criminal illegal evidence. Namely, adequate rcorrections and reasonable explanations need to be made on the defective evidences, meanwhile, particular care needs to be placed on the remedial methods. Efforts also need to be made on prompt discovery, in-depth investigation, accurate identification and correct treatmnet of illegal evidences.
