摘  要:完善高校学生综合素质测评体系,突出教育引导和评价的实效性是创新思想政治教育方法和手段的着力点。N3C-6D分析方法对于分析高校学生综合素质测评体系具有较强的适用性。基于N3C分析高校学生综合素质测评体系,可以发现现行测评体系存在重结果、轻过程,重共性、轻个性,重静态、轻动态,重客体、轻主体等不足。基于6D构建高校学生综合素质测评新体系,应实现学分制评价指标由"定制式"向"自选式"转变、实现综合素质测评的系统化及测评流程的科学化,以提高高校学生思想教育引导工作的科学性、针对性和亲和力。Refining the comprehensive quality evaluation system of college students and highlighting the effectiveness of education guidance and evaluation are the main points of innovation of ideological and political education. The analysis method of N3C-6D has strong applicability to the analysis of comprehensive quality assessment system of college students. By analyzing college students com-prehensive quality evaluation system with N3C, we can find that the current assessment system has these problems: pay attention to the results than the process, pay attention to the common than personality, pay attention to the static than the dynamic, etc. To build new college students' comprehensive quality evaluation system based on 6D, we should design the evaluation index system of credit, realize the systematization of comprehensive quality assessment and design a reasonable evaluation process using big data technology.
