摘　　要：采用测量法和问卷调查法,以广东高校2 428名高师毕业生为样本,结合访谈法考察高师毕业生就业焦虑问题及其影响因素。结果表明:高师毕业生就业焦虑症状主要表现为面试焦虑;影响高师毕业生就业焦虑的个人因素主要有就业期望和就业底线等,家庭因素主要有父母对孩子的就业期望、家庭收入、父母职业等。Using the method of measurement and questionnaire survey,2 428 graduates from the colleges in Guangdong as sample,combined with the interviewto investigate the college graduates' employment anxiety symptom and its influencing factors. The results showthat: the college graduates' employment anxiety is mainly an interview; the main factors that affect their employment anxiety include individual factors,such as employment expectations,the bottom line of employment,and family factors such as parents' expectation,family income,parents' occupation and so on,which individual employment expectations,parents' employment expectations,family income has an important impact.
