油茶果脱壳分选设备研究现状分析

摘　　要：介绍了几种油茶果脱壳分选机械装备的主要结构及工作原理,对间隙挤压揉搓、柔性辊抽打、多滚刀撞击切割等脱壳形式进行了分析,对油茶果壳、油茶籽分选方式(风选、摩擦分选、色选、筛分)进行了分析,为油茶果脱壳的设计开发提供一定参考。The main structure and working principles of several kinds of Camellia fruit peeling and separating equip-ment are introduced, such peeling methods as gap squeezing and rubbing, flexible roller whipping and multi - hob striking and cutting are analyzed and the Camellia fruit and seed separating modes （ wind - based separation, friction -based separation, color - based separation and screening） are analyzed, which provides certain reference for the de-sign and development of Camellia fruit peeling equipment.
