摘 要:为解决由动力总成Bounce模态引起的某乘用车在路面连续激励作用下出现车辆地板抖动的问题,文章通过ADAMS insight对动力总成悬置系统刚度进行优化,使动力总成Bounce模态从9.1 Hz降低到8.6 Hz,改善了振动耦合,并采用液压悬置提高悬置系统阻尼,改善振动衰减,经试验验证,时域最大振动峰值降低了36.4%,该方法能有效解决车辆地板抖动的乘坐舒适性问题。In order to solve the problem of the floor flutter that is caused on the road continuous excitation due to powertrain Bounce. Using ADAMS insight to optimize powertrain mounting system, resulting in Bounce reduced from 9.1 Hz to 8.6 Hz,the vibration coupling is improved. The damping is increased with the hydraulic mounting system, improving the vibration damping. The results show that the vibration peak is reduced 36.4% in the maximum time domain, this method can improve the vehicle riding comfort greatly.
