情绪智力对情绪劳动策略选择的影响研究

摘　　要：采用元分析方法探讨了情绪智力与情绪劳动策略的关系。共有57项研究符合元分析的标准,包括133个独立样本(N=55876)。元分析结果发现:整体上情绪智力与表层扮演不相关,与深层扮演和与自然表达均呈正相关。调节效应上,情绪智力测量工具的差异对情绪智力与深层扮演的关系没有显著影响;深层扮演策略测量工具对情绪智力与深层扮演的关系有显著影响;文化背景的差异对情绪智力与深层扮演的关系有显著影响,表现为东方文化中两者的相关高于西方文化。The method of meta-analysis is utilized to analyze the relationship between emotional intelligence and emotional labor strategy. 57 papers including 133 independent samples（ N = 55876） met the criteria for inclusion in the meta-analysis. The result of the meta-analysis show： Overall,emotional intelligence is not related to surface acting,and emotional intelligence is positively correlated with deep acting and natural expression. Moderator analyses reveals that different measuring tools for deep acting and cultural background have a significant moderating effects on the relationship between emotional intelligence and deep acting; no significant moderating effects are found for different measuring tools of emotional intelligence. Eastern cultural background show a significantly higher relation between emotional intelligence and deep acting than the western culture.
